Neill has practiced family law exclusively in San Diego County since May 1994. After gaining over seven years of experience as an associate at two family law firms, Neill opened his own practice in May, 2001 in Chula Vista, CA.

While many family law attorneys offer their services at hourly rates, Neill utilizes a different fee structure using FLAT RATE - one of the first attorneys to do so. There are no hourly fees. One payment covers Neill’s services, whether the matter is contested or uncontested.

Neill asks that all of his clients are responsible for paying any associated costs, such as court filing fees. Neill determines the fixed fee for the services based upon the particular facts of each case, but Neill strives to make his services affordable to all.
